The clients were a partnership of two sisters, one who lived in New York City and one who lived in Boston. They bought a small ugly cape cod style house that was in terrible condition and in need of renovation and upgrading, but wonderfully located on 8 very beautiful acres. The scope of the project included an entirely new second story and a gut renovation of the first floor.
